We went to a birthday party in Tiburon didn't want to drive home 50 miles. It was fine for one night. Clean. Very noisy road traffic. Get a room on the second floor, we didn't. People in the room above us got up at 5am. Heard every step they made. Very noisy. This was rated a 3 Star and it should be a 2.

Nicely updated room decor with good amenities. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the room. It was a bit of a "jaw dropping" moment as it exceeded our expectations. Little things matter and the layout is very logical and convenient. For example, hand towels at the sink hang from a bar in front and below the sink where you need them, not on a shelf above. There were two chairs, a swivel rocker and a padded arm chair for watching tv or working on a laptop, and avoid laying in bed to watch tv (like so many other motels). Just a great experience! BONUS: Very cheap gasoline station (HQ Fuel) 2 minutes away: about 30 cents less then anywhere else.

The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave. The size of the room was good. Not cramped. Hard floors rather than carpet. Staff was nice.
